Carrot & Apple Cookies

For Cookie Cutters

Ingredients:

  • 1 Carrot

  • ½ Apple (Big) or 1 Small Apple

  • ¼ tsp of Cinnamon

  • 1 Egg

  • 5.3 Oz Rice Flour

  • 1.8 Oz Oats Flour

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

Equipment:

  • Medium Sized Bowl

  • Rolling Pin

  • Oven

  • Bones Cookie Cutters

Recipe:

  • 1.Grate/shred the carrot and the apple inside the bowl.
  • 2.Add the egg and the coconut oil. Then slowly start to add the flours while mixing all the ingredients with your hands until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • 3.Pour the mixture into a flat lightly floured surface, and roll it with the rolling pin (with a little bit of oil so it doesn’t stick) until it becomes a thin layer (0.1 - 0.2 inches)
  • 4.Grab the bone cookie cutter and cut the dough in as many cookies as you want. Then place the cookies on an oiled oven tray.Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes (or until golden) at 350°F and let them cool.
